This isn't classic hiring. I work with independent specialists and entrepreneurs — remotely, with no office, no fixed schedule, no time tracking. We agree on the direction, the expected result and the reward model — how you get there is up to you.
From you — the ability to run your own direction: turning a goal into a plan, making decisions and owning the result. From me — context, priorities, a clear frame and honoring agreements. In spirit it's closer to an agreement between two entrepreneurs than an employer–employee relationship.
