I build products that rewrite markets

Product Strategist. Serial Founder. Fractional Partner. I work with founders and business owners on product strategy, business model design and go-to-market, at the level where decisions actually get made.

The right fit if you need senior product thinking without a full-time hire, a partner to build something new, or structure to move your own idea forward.

Marketmakers

Design a product that reformats its market

A strategic framework for founders who shift the unit of measurement instead of fighting for share under old rules. I'm writing it now: early chapters and fresh thinking go out in the Telegram channel.

Experience

The road to marketmaking

1997
Start in entrepreneurship
Sold gum-wrapper inserts, bought my first dollars. Later assembled PCs to order and wired dorm internet.
1999–2005
Higher education
International business/marketing, international law. Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
2008
Founded my first company
Launched a computer-help service.
2012
ISP discovery by address
No one had solved provider discovery at the exact-address level. I turned fragmented coverage data and demand into a marketplace and grew Connect.net.ua into the category leader.
2017
Authored and taught “Coding Basics for Marketers”.
2019–2020
“Sil” business coaching
A course by Andrii Pyvovarov: team, sales, marketing, personal effectiveness.
2021
E-Governance Academy for MinDigital
Advised a working group on Ukraine's national address registry under the European INSPIRE standard.
2025
“Business Efficiency”: a four-week intensive with frameworks in operations, finance, people, marketing and sales for profitable scaling.
2026
Writing the book “Marketmakers”
A framework for building products that reformat markets. 21+ years of practice distilled into one system.

Looking for co-creators

I don't hire. I look for people to build with. Async-first, AI-fluency, ownership, impact on results. Big things are built by the right people, and they're exactly who I'm looking for:

Operating partner

You build the engine that executes the vision: growth, P&L, hiring, systems. Partnership with a share of revenue and project.

Growth / Marketing

You bring in users and turn traffic into revenue: SEO, content, partnerships, Telegram, remarketing, analytics.

Full-stack developer (mid+)

You ship product from idea to release and shape the architecture: vanilla JS, Node.js, Express, Mongo. AI-native, autonomous, no micromanagement.

SMM / content

You build living communication between the brand and people: trends, meaning, style. Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn.

Format: from pilots to scaling the collaboration. First step: a short message about who you are, what you do, and what resonated.

My entrepreneurial culture

The principles you'll recognize your own by

I create products not just to earn, but to improve the market. My provider-matching service is a marketmaker: it cuts chaos, makes the market more transparent and connects people and ISPs more efficiently.
A simple decision chain, high speed, minimum bullshit. Less politics, more meaning, action and ownership. I dislike micromanagement and rituals without value. My style is mentor-like: I set direction, priorities and the frame.
I trust by default. I expect common sense, initiative and autonomy. Better to ship fast, look at the numbers and adjust than to polish in theory. “Good enough” means better than before, and verifiable by a metric.
Punctuality. Initiative. Keeping agreements. Focus on results, not imitation of process. Creativity in how goals are reached. Written culture, clarity of thought, honesty without excess diplomacy.
I favor self-balancing models: a share of results, growth bonuses, transparent KPIs. I keep agreements and pay for work done. That's the baseline.
Being late without warning. Passivity. Shifting responsibility. Manipulation. Unethical niches: online casinos, piracy or grey schemes.
A team plays differently when it keeps score. Strong people don't need fine-grained control. The best products are born where there's freedom, ownership, fast experiments and real impact.
Off the clock

What keeps me charged

Interests

Psychology, body practices, badminton, table tennis, chess, walks in the park, Formula-1, karting, gadgets.
